At NextPax, I worked as the design team of one, re-designing critical workflows, streamlining user journeys, driving customer retention, and reducing churn rate.
Redesigning Channel Management
Redesigned the existing channel management portal (legacy product). I eliminated the duplicate task flows and streamlined the user journey, providing faster resolution and quick goal achievement to our end users.

Content Distribution System (CDS)
Laid the foundation of the internal Content Distribution System (CDS) for property managers to seamlessly manage and distribute the content that they push to the OTAs and booking channels, and flawlessly manage their bookings, data, and oversee their revenue through it.

Designing Reservation Overview
In the post-pandemic world, where lockdowns ended and travel started to boom, travelers often faced challenging situations due to double-bookings and multiple-reservations by hotels and vacation rentals, leading to last minute frustration and horrible experience. Our reservation overview system ensured that -
Travelers could be informed well in-time about double bookings and offered solutions.
The booking information was readily available to agents and PMs.
At the same time - critical and sensitive information was hidden as a part of our data and compliance policy.
The result? Double bookings were reduced by over half!
