Replacing Traditional Invoicing With Direct Debit
Designed direct debit and billing feature, decreasing dependency on traditional invoicing, thereby reducing friction for the users.
The new direct debit feature saved over 300 hours per year per customer, for our finance team. The feature also saved over 90% time from client side by allowing them to setup the direct debit only once, instead of processing manual invoices every month.
Audit Log
Crafted the concept, designs, and final deliverables for an internal audit log feature (activity log), allowing our users to audit and track the activity within their accounts. Suggested advanced features for quick functionality and faster performance through efficient data fetching.
Designed auto-versioning and Activity Logs, resulting in a 100% drop in rollback related support tickets and a 90% reduction in 'whodunnit' queries. Enhanced editing safety and traceability led to higher user confidence.
Re-Designing Site Scheduling
Productsup offered stream processing and batch processing both, to our clients. While stream processing was more robust, but it came with additional costs, and where batch processing was limited, it came with multiple limitations.
I re-designed our legacy site scheduling feature, enabling users to push product content faster with advanced filters, smart automation, and full scheduling flexibility.
Customers could now push site data 4 to 8 times faster, during critical time-sensitive events, such as Black Fridays, thereby keeping themselves ahead of the competition.
